Zucchini Fusilli

  • 1/2 cup Zone PastaRx Fusilli
  • 1 cup Zucchini - cut into matchsticks
  • Cooking spray - Olive Oil Pam
  • 1 slice Canadian bacon - chopped (18g)
  • 8 Cherry tomatoes - halved
  • 1 Tbsp Dry white wine
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Pesto store bought
  • 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes













  1. Prepare Zone PastaRx Fusilli according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile trim and discard ends of zucchini.
  3. Cut zucchini into 3 to 4-inch lengths; cut each length 1/2-inch-thick pieces and set aside.
  4. Spray a large frying pan over medium heat with olive oil Pam cooking spray, cook zucchini, stirring frequently, about 3 minutes.
  5. Add Canadian bacon, cherry tomatoes and wine.
  6. Cook until zucchini is starting to soften, 3 to 4 additional minutes.
  7. Add cooked fusilli, pesto and pepper flakes.
  8. Toss till combined.
  9. Serve immediately.
