Why are stevia and allulose used in over other sweeteners?
Stevia and allulose are natural based sweeteners versus artificial sweeteners. Stevia is a sugar substitute made from the leaves of the stevia plant and is about 100 to 300 times sweeter than table sugar. It contains no carbohydrates. Allulose is a natural sweetener that supports better blood sugar control compared to fructose. The combination of these two sweeteners is what allows the bars to be low in added sugar with only 2 grams of total sugar.

I’ve been bodybuilding for over 20 years I have a fairly high calorie intake all the way follow the zones carb protein fat ratio these bars are the most awesome healthiest you can. My problem is I’m on a fixed budget I could easily to raise a day but I discipline myself to do one right after the work out
