Instructions
- Cook Boca burger in microwave, per package directions.
- Place the cottage cheese on a bed of lettuce, sliced tomato and cucumber.
- Add the burger and spread guacamole.
- Take 1 ripe avocado, mashed
- Light sprinkle of garlic salt, pepper, and dash of lemon juice.
- Mix together.
