Ingredients
- 3 oz Boneless chicken breast
- Salt and pepper - to taste
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Tarragon
- 1 slice Turkey bacon
- 3 cups Baby spinach
- 1 Tomato
- 1/4 cup Chopped mushrooms
- 1 1/2 tsps Dr. Sears' Zone Extra virgin olive oil - drizzle
- 2 tbsps Zone Herbed Dressing
- 1/2 cup Strawberries
- 1/4 cup Blackberries
- 1/4 cup Grapes
- 2 tbsps Plain low-fat yogurt
- Cinnamon - to taste
- Nutmeg - to taste
- 1 1/2 cups Green beans - steamed
- 1 tsp Dr. Sears' Zone extra virgin olive oil - drizzle
- Salt and pepper - to taste

Instructions
- Rub chicken breast with salt, pepper, Dijon mustard and tarragon.
- Place in Ziplock bag and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Wrap bacon around chicken. Bake for 40 minutes or until internal temperature is 180ºF.
- Prepare salad made with: baby spinach, tomato, and mushrooms.
- Toss with extra virgin olive oil and Zone Herbed Dressing.
- For dessert: In a bowl mix strawberries, blackberries and grapes with yogurt. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
