- 1 tbsp Raisins
- Cooking spray - olive oil Pam
- 6 oz Boneless skinless chicken breast - grilled
- Salt and pepper - to taste
- 10 cups Arugula
- 1 sections
- 1/2 cup Carrots - grated
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes - halved
- 1 Cucumber - sliced
- 1/4 Avocado - chopped
- 2 tsps Dr. Sears' Zone Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsps Fresh squeezed lemon juice - to taste
- 1 cup Strawberries

Instructions
- Soak raisins in cold water to soften.
- Lightly oil chicken (with cooking spray), salt and pepper and cook on pre-heated grill.
- Divide and mix the salad ingredients between 2 large serving bowls.
- Coarsely chop the arugula.
- Peel and section grapefruit.
- Grate the carrots.
- Cut cherry tomatoes into halves
- When chicken is cooked, cut into strips.
- Dress with an emulsion of olive oil, salt and lemon juice.
- Enjoy strawberries for dessert or put them right in the salad.
