- 1 cup Diced strawberries
- 2/3 cup Blueberries
- 1 cup 0%-Fat Greek yogurt (approx. 24 g of Protein)
- 5 Macadamia nuts
- Add fruit to blender, then yogurt, and then nuts.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into tall glass.
- Wait 2 minutes, and the texture will become more like a mousse than a smoothie.
