- 1/4 cup Black beans canned - rinsed/drained
- 2 Tbsp Onion - finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Yellow bell pepper - finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp Fresh-squeezed lime juice
- 1 1/2 tsp Dr. Sears’ Zone Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions
- Cook Zone Orzo as directed and let cool.
- Meanwhile, combine beans, onion and pepper in a good-size bowl.
