Ingredients
- 1 cup Zone PastaRx Orzo
- 4 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 Carrot - diced
- 1 cup Broccoli - chopped small
- 1 Red bell pepper - diced
- 1 small Zucchini - diced
- 2 Tbsp shredded
- 2 cup Sliced mushrooms
- 4 Scallions-sliced
- 20 Snow peas - halved
- 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro - chopped small
- 3/4 cup Egg Beaters-whites - scrambled
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 4 tsp Low sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Dr. Sears’ Zone Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions
- Prepare Zone pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, in a heavy skillet, heat the sesame oil and sauté carrot, broccoli, pepper, zucchini and ginger.
- Stir and cook for 5 minutes, then add mushrooms, scallions and snow peas. Cook until tender.
- Add in cooked orzo, cilantro, egg whites, salt and pepper, stir until cooked.
- Stir in soy sauce and extra virgin olive oil and serve.
