Ingredients
- 8 oz Ground turkey breast
- 1/4 cup Egg substitute
- 2 tbsps Hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp Dr. Sears' Zone Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic - minced
- 2 tbsps Cooked bulgur
- 3 Chopped mushrooms
- 1/2 tbsp Rosemary
- 1/2 tbsp Oregano
- 1 tbsp Thyme
- 1/2 tbsp Marjoram
- 1/2 tbsp Savory
- 1 (14.5 oz) can Tomato sauce - Italian
- 1 Onion - chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic - minced
- 1 tsp Dr. Sears' Zone Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Fresh basil - chopped
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 5 cups Green beans
- 3 tbsps Slivered almonds
- 3 Plums - for dessert

Instructions
Meatloaf:- Blend all ingredients up to the tomato sauce ingredients.
- Mold into small loaf pan.
- Cook at 350ºF for approximately 30 minutes.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
- Chop 1 onion and 2 cloves of garlic and toss in pan with 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil.
- Add chopped basil and canned tomatoes. Let it bubble for 10 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper as you like.
- Place tomato mix in blender and puree.
- Bring back to pan and let cook another 10 minutes. If you want a clear sauce, press through a sieve, otherwise simply serve as is.
- Cook green beans.
- Sprinkle slivered almonds on top.
- Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
