- 4 cups Olivia's Organics herb salad
- 1/3 cup Cooked chicken breasts - cubed
- 1 Bell pepper - diced (color is nice)
- 1/3 cup Low Cal Blue Cheese Dressing
- 1 core discarded
- Cracked black pepper - to taste
- 2 tbsps Slivered almonds
- Toss greens, chicken, and diced peppers together in a large bowl with dressing. (Recipe in sides and snacks.)
- Arrange pear on top.
- Sprinkle with black pepper and almonds.
