- 2 cups Green beans
- 2 cups Chopped celery
- 2 cups Chopped mushrooms
- 1 Chopped green peppers
- 3/4 cup Onion
- 1/4 cup Kitchen Basics unsalted vegetable stock
- 1 tbsp Dr. Sears' Zone Extra Virgin Olive Oil - divided
- 2 tsps Poultry seasoning
- 2 tsps Dry onion flakes
- Salt and pepper - to taste
- 1 tsp Slivered almonds
- 6 oz Boneless chicken breast
- 1 Pear - 1/2 each

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Mix vegetables, stock, 2 teaspoons olive oil, seasonings, and almonds.
- Place into a casserole dish.
- Rub 1 teaspoon olive oil over boneless chicken
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper, arrange on top of vegetable dressing, cover dish and bake for 30 minutes.
- Divide into 2 plates.
